How Max Life reached out to corporate professionals on Brain Bout | #frontfootpeprotection | Case Study
Brief Given
The third and the fourth Quarters are very important for the life insurance business in India as this sees the maximum buying for tax saving. The pandemic has further added impetus to the overall need for insurance products.
Max Life Insurance Company Ltd. had recently launched a new campaign- ‘YouAreTheDifference’; starring ace Royal Challengers Bangalore players- Virat Kohli, Washington Sundar, and Shivam Dube. The life insurance company is an associate sponsor of the team for the ongoing IPL season.
Through this campaign on Brain Bout, Max Life Insurance wanted to raise awareness about financial protection in the form of term life insurance, given the uncertainties brought upon by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Creative Route taken
To leverage the IPL fever and Max LIfe’s tie up with RCB, we used the same plank #frontfootpeprotection to reach out to a maximum number of people.

We made it mix of
a. Overall health and wellness tips for the payers
b. Questions from RCB and its players
c. Max Life products and benefits
d. Max Life highlights around settlement ratios. Ease to buy, ease to settle claims etc
Mailers were also sent post the quiz competition to complete the user journey.
Results
1000 leads were generated over 2 weeks. The campaign gamified their current story telling and this resulted in good engagement among the target audience.
